Membership Card
All members must bring their current Boys & Girls Club card
with them every time they attend the club. Their card is their passport
to all the Club’s activities. Members without cards will not
have access to programs. Lost cards may be replaced for $1.00.
Equipment Checkout
One of the purposes of the Club card is to allow members to check

out equipment with their card, they are agreeing to be responsible
for the item they check out. When a member is finished playing,
all equipment must be in the same condition, as when it was checked
out. Parents will be responsible for the cost of damaged equipment.

away the rights of other members or staff. Club members are expected
